China RoHS definition

China RoHS means the People’s Republic of China’s Management Methods on the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products.
China RoHS means China’s Administrative Measures on the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products, and any applicable Legal Requirement implementing the foregoing.
China RoHS means the regulations entitled “Management Methods for Controlling Pollution by Electronic Information Products” (Ministry of Information Industry Order #39).

  • Supplier warrants to Avaya that the products supplied comply with all legal and regulatory requirements associated with substance restrictions and markings of electronic and electrical equipment, batteries, and packaging, (e.g. the EU Directives for RoHS, REACH, Batteries, Packaging, and WEEE; China RoHS; California Proposition 65; etc.).

  • Such laws, regulations and ordinances include but are not limited to, the EU RoHS Directives, China RoHS, those regulations listed in the then-current JIG and similar laws, rules, statutes, treaties or orders; and (ii)The Products shall not contain substances which are above the threshold levels established in Annex A of the then-current JIG; provided, however, that for Level A Substances, the mercury threshold shall be reduced to 1000 ppm.

Related to China RoHS

  • China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.

  • Mainland China means the People's Republic of China but excluding Hong Kong and Macau;

  • PRC means the People’s Republic of China.

  • LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
