  • We may, in our reasonable discretion, destroy any document relating to any Cash Withdrawal, Cash Advance or Citibank Debit Card Transaction, your Citibank ATM/Debit Card and/or your Account(s) after microfilming or otherwise recording the same in such manner as we may deem fit as well as to destroy such microfilm and records at any time.

  • Your right to effect any Cash Withdrawal, Citibank Debit Card Transaction and/or Cash Advance outside Singapore is subject to the laws and regulations of Singapore and that of the country in which the Cash Withdrawal, Citibank Debit Card Transaction and/or Cash Advance is effected or proposed to be effected (including without limitation, any exchange controls, regulations or limitations prevailing in such country).
