  • The Security Trustee is authorised to act on the instructions of the Class A DIG or, following repayment of the Class A Debt, the Class B DIG.

Class A Debt. The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-L-A Loans and the Class A-L-B Loans, collectively. “Class A/B Coverage Tests”: The Overcollateralization Ratio Test and the Interest Coverage Test, each as applied with respect to the Class A Debt and the Class B Notes. “Class A-1 Notes”: The Class A-1 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3. “Class A-L Lenders”: The Class A-L-A Lenders and the Class A-L-B Lenders, collectively.

Class A Debt or “Class B Debt”. Each Sub-Class will be denominated in different currencies or will have different interest rates, maturity dates or other terms. Bonds of any Class may be fixed rate bonds (“Fixed Rate Bonds”), floating rate bonds (“Floating Rate Bonds”) or index-linked bonds (“Index-Linked Bonds”) depending on the method of calculating interest payable in respect of such Bonds and may be denominated in Swedish Krona, sterling, euro, U.S. dollars, Norwegian kroner, Canadian dollars or in other currencies subject to compliance with applicable law. The terms and conditions applicable to any particular Sub-Class of Bonds are these terms and conditions (“Conditions”) completed by a set of final terms in relation to such Sub-Class (a “Final Terms”) or a drawdown prospectus (a “Drawdown Prospectus”). In the event of any inconsistency between these Conditions and the relevant Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus, the relevant Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus (as applicable) shall prevail.
Class A Debt. Collectively, the Class A-1A Debt, the Class A-1B Notes and the Class A-2 Notes. "Class A-1 Lender": Collectively, the Class A-1A Lenders and the Class A-1AS Lenders. "Class A-1A Lender": Each lender party to the Class A-1A Credit Agreement from time to time, and reflected as a holder of the Class A-1A Loans in the Loan Register. "Class A-1S Lender": Each lender party to the Class A-1S Credit Agreement from time to time, and reflected as a holder of the Class A-1S Loans in the Loan Register. "Class A-1 Loans": Collectively, the Class A-1A Loans and the Class A-1S Loans.
