Class C Bonds definition

Class C Bonds means the Bonds so designated under the Indenture and issued pursuant thereto.
Class C Bonds the "Class D-1 Bonds", the "Class D-2 Bonds", the "Class E Bonds", the "Class F Bonds", the "Class G Bonds", the "Class H-1 Bonds", the "Class X-0 Xxxxx" and the "Class J Bonds", respectively, and secured by, among other things, a lien on the Pledged Securities (as defined herein), and distributing the Bonds or the proceeds therefrom to the Depositor, (iii) issuing Owner Trust Certificates in two classes designated as the "Class A Certificates" and the "Class R Certificates", respectively, evidencing the entire beneficial ownership interest in the Trust, (iv) consummating certain transactions contemplated by, and performing under, the Operative Agreements (as defined herein) , and (v) engaging in certain activities incidental to the foregoing. Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware bank and trust company, is willing to act as trustee hereunder (in its individual capacity, the "Bank", and solely in its capacity as owner trustee hereunder, with its successors in interest in such capacity and its permitted assigns, the "Owner Trustee") and to accept the Trust created hereby. In consideration of the premises and of the mutual agreements herein contained and of other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
