Class Notices definition

Class Notices means the notices of pendency and proposed settlement of class action that the Parties will ask the Court to approve in connection with the Motion for Preliminary Approval of the Settlement. The Class Notices, which will be available to Class Members on the websites created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator, shall be in the forms attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B (Long Form Notice for Average Usage Class), Exhibit C (Long Form Notice for Above Average Usage Class), Exhibit D (Short Form Notice for Average Usage Class), and Exhibit E (Short Form Notice for Above Average Usage Class). Within ten (10) days of the Court’s entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide the Settlement Administrator with the following information for each Class Member: (a) their full name, (b) the last known email address (if available) and postal address, (c) account number, (d) the Cash Benefit to which the Class Member is entitled pursuant to Section V, infra, and (e) an available service address (if different from last known postal address). At the time of providing the above information to the Settlement Administrator, Viridian shall certify that the information represents the most current and up to date information that Viridian has for Class Members.
Class Notices means the notices of proposed class action settlement (Exhibits A, B, and C attached hereto) that the Parties will ask the Court to approve for transmission to the Settlement Class.

Examples of Class Notices in a sentence

  • Before mailing Class Notices, the Administrator shall update Class Member addresses using the National Change of Address database.

  • The Administrator must, on a weekly basis, provide written reports to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel that, among other things, tally the number of: Class Notices mailed or re-mailed, Class Notices returned undelivered, Requests for Exclusion (whether valid or invalid) received, objections received, challenges to Workweeks and/or Pay Periods received and/or resolved, and checks mailed for Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments (“Weekly Report”).

  • The Administrator must, on a weekly basis, provide written reports to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel that, among other things, tally the number of: (i) Class Notices mailed or remailed; (ii) Class Notices returned undelivered; (iii) Requests for Exclusion (whether valid or invalid) received; (iv) objections received; (v) challenges to Workweeks and/or PAGA Pay Periods received and/or resolved; and (vi) checks mailed for Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments (“Weekly Report”).

  • The Administrator will send checks for Individual PAGA Payments to all Aggrieved Employees, including Non-Participating Class Members who qualify as Aggrieved Employees (including those for whom Class Notices were returned undelivered).

  • Each Class Member shall have forty-five (45) calendar days after the Administrator mails the Class Notice (plus an additional 14 calendar days for Class Members whose Class Notices are remailed) to challenge the number of Workweeks and PAGA Pay Periods (if any) allocated to the Class Member in the Class Notice.


More Definitions of Class Notices

Class Notices means the notices distributed to the Class Members pursuant to the Court's Order.

Class Notices means collectively, the “FLSA Settlement Class Notice” (and enclosed forms); and the “Illinois Settlement Class Notice” (and enclosed forms), as defined herein, which will be submitted to the Court for review and approval.

Class Notices mean the notices described in this Agreement in Section VIII to be provided to Settlement Class Members, including the proposed Class Notice to FCRA Class Members (attached as Exhibit 1), and the proposed Class Notice to NYC Class Members and Claim Form (attached as Exhibits 2 and 3) by U.S. mail and e-mail (to the extent MSG has valid e-mail addresses for the Settlement Class Members), which will notify Settlement Class Members, among other things, about their rights to opt out and object to the Settlement, NYC Class Members’ right to submit a Claim Form in order to be eligible to obtain an Enhanced Payment, the Released Claims, the preliminary approval of the Settlement, and the scheduling of the Final Approval Hearing.
Class Notices means the notices of the preliminary approval of this Agreement and the Proposed Settlement that will be mailed and/or otherwise delivered to insureds who sustained a Covered Loss as provided in Section III and Section IV and which will be in a form substantially similar to those attached hereto as Exhibit B and Exhibit C, unless modified by agreement of the Parties and approved by the Court.
