Clearing Services definition

Clearing Services means services offered and activities performed by a clearing member in terms of the exchange rules or clearing house rules, as the case may be, to facilitate clearing of transactions in securities;

Clearing Services means Services relating to the clearing of Financial Instruments provided by us in the capacity of general clearing member;

Clearing Services means SwapClear Clearing Services.
