Clearstream Documents definition

Clearstream Documents means the Clearstream Security Agreement, the Clearstream NY CTA and the Clearstream Multi-Regime CTA. In this memorandum:
Clearstream Documents means the Clearstream Security Agreements, the Clearstream NY CTA and the Clearstream English CTA;
Clearstream Documents means the Clearstream Security Agreements and the Clearstream CTAs;

  • Clearstream means Clearstream Banking, S.A.

  • Issuer Document means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, a letter of credit application, a letter of credit agreement, or any other document, agreement or instrument entered into (or to be entered into) by a Borrower in favor of Issuing Bank and relating to such Letter of Credit.
