Client/Authority definition

Client/Authority means the Party named in the Contract, who employs the Consultant;
Client/Authority means Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC), the competent authority that shall undertake signing of Master Service Agreement for the Project with the Successful Bidder.

Client/Authority. If Client is an individual, Client represents that he or she is of legal age.
