Client Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8.1.
Client Personnel means Client’s internal employees, who shall be bound by confidentiality restrictions at least as restrictive as this Agreement provides, explicitly excluding contractors and/or vendors that are not granted access herein.
Client Personnel means the employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, consultants, or partners of Client who have written and binding agreements with Client that require compliance with this Agreement.

It is expected that Client Personnel are empowered such that day-to-day decisions and/or problems will be resolved within a maximum of five (5) Working Days.

Illuminate reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Client user that Illuminate determines may have been used for an unauthorized purpose.
