Client Personnel definition

Client Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8.1.

Client Personnel means Client’s internal employees, who shall be bound by confidentiality restrictions at least as restrictive as this Agreement provides, explicitly excluding contractors and/or vendors that are not granted access herein.

Client Personnel means Affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and subcontractors of Client.

Examples of Client Personnel in a sentence

• As applicable upon entering into a Purchase Order Agreement, Client shall provide a list of Client Personnel that are authorized by Client to both (i) access and use Equisolve’s content management system (for the avoidance of doubt, the content management system includes the related data feeds, automation functionality, and the Equisolve-provided Analytics Services) (the “CMS”) and (ii) submit instructions to Equisolve in relation to the Services ((i) and (ii), collectively, an “Authorized User”).

• If Client requires other Client Personnel to access the CMS, Client must request that Equisolve create an account for each such other Client Personnel (and, upon Equisolve creating such accounts, each such other Client Personnel shall also become Authorized Users, respectively).

Client is responsible for all use of the Licensed Product(s) and/or Services by Client Personnel, students Client grants access to, for maintaining the confidentiality of all User IDs, and promptly notifying Illuminate of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of the Licensed Product(s) and/or Services. Illuminate reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Client user that Illuminate determines may have been used for an unauthorized purpose.

Client Personnel means any of a client’s employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors or consultants;

Client Personnel means the Artist(s), the Representative(s), the Client's Invitees and the Client.
