Client Plan definition

Client Plan means a plan for the provision of specialty mental health services to an individual beneficiary who meets the medical necessity criteria in Sections 1830.205 or 1830.210.
Client Plan means any governmental entity, employer, insurer, union or other entity that contracts directly with Medco to provide or administer a pharmacy benefit for such plan and its Beneficiaries.
