Client Premises definition

Client Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the
Client Premises means the Client locations wherein the Equipment and Services are provided.

Examples of Client Premises in a sentence

  • Title and property in the Client Premises will remain with the Client and all materials and/or goods supplied under the Agreement will vest in the Client when they are brought on to the Client Premises.

  • Exult Supplier shall vacate any Client Premises on or before the termination or expiry of this Agreement, provided that Client Premises or rights to Client Premises transferred to Exult Supplier pursuant to Clause 6.1 shall, on termination or expiry of this Agreement, be dealt with in accordance with Clause 18.2.

  • Any reasonable costs incurred by Exult Supplier in vacating Client Premises and in establishing alternative premises shall be charged to the Client as Pass Through Costs.

  • Until the Security Pan is completed, Service Provider agrees to follow Client’s existing policies, standards and procedures (to the extent applicable to the Services) for Services provided from the Client Premises and using Client Machines, and Client agrees that Service Provider shall use Service Provider’s existing policies, standards and procedures for Services provided from Service Provider Locations other than the Client Premises or using Machines other than the Client Machines.

  • Spectrio will not be required to repair, replace, or otherwise re-establish the Client Premises to their original condition.


More Definitions of Client Premises

Client Premises means any premises of Client Affiliates in the United Kingdom which the Client or Client Affiliates use to provide services equivalent to the Services immediately prior to the applicable Country Commencement Date;
Client Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Client or its Affiliates which are made available for use by the Constructor or its sub-contractors for carrying out of the Project (or any of them) on the terms set out in this Contract or any separate agreement or licence;
Client Premises means the address(es) listed in the Schedule where the Equipment or Services are operated, and in the event of sale of Goods for which Concorde Cyber Security has undertaken delivery, the address where the Client has requested Concorde Cyber Security to deliver the Goods to.

Client Premises means the Client’s offices and other premises including any location to that the Client requests the Services be provided to.
