Clinical Expenses definition

Clinical Expenses means expenses (after deduction of any sums recovered or recoverable from all other sources) reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Insured Person during the Period of Insurance for medical treatment and prescribed medical supplies received from a legally qualified and registered medical practitioner.
Clinical Expenses means expenses (after deduction of any sums recovered or recoverable from all other sources) reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Insured Person during the Period of Insurance for outpatient medical consultation, treatment and/or medication received from a Registered Medical Practitioner, and shall also include for general consultation, specialist consultation, physiotherapist treatment followed by the first medical treatment was received from a Registered Medical Practitioner, and/or Chinese Medicine Practitioner treatment (including bone-setting and acupuncture).
Clinical Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3. -----------------

Examples of Clinical Expenses in a sentence

  • In addition to the budget MBI must prepare pursuant to SECTION 2.01(b)(i), MBI shall also prepare a 12 month rolling forecast of Clinical Expenses and submit such forecast to Mallinckrodt no later than the due date stated in Mallinckrodt's published forecast schedule.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, all Clinical Expenses (i) must be budgeted by MBI and such budgets must be reviewed and approved in advance by the Joint Steering Committee, (ii) will be billed monthly and reviewed and paid by Mallinckrodt within 45 days of receipt, and (iii) are subject to periodic audits by Mallinckrodt similar to the audit right given to MBI by SECTION 2.14(c).

  • Sulzer and Tutogen shall each pay one-half of all ----------------- out-of-pocket expenses incurred in execution of a Regulatory Plan subsequent to the Effective Date, excluding salary, benefits, and other costs for employees of the parties (the "Clinical Expenses").

Clinical Expenses means expenses (after deduction of any sums recovered or recoverable from all other sources) reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Insured Person during the Period of Insurance for medical treatment and prescribed medical supplies received from a legally qualified and registered medical practitioner, and shall also include expenses incurred for treatment by bonesetter or physiotherapist provided that the first medical treatment was received from a legally qualified and registered medical practitioner.

Related to Clinical Expenses

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Patent Expenses means all reasonable costs (including attorneys’ and application fees) incurred by University in accordance with this Agreement to apply for, prosecute and maintain Licensed Patents, including but not limited to the costs of interferences, oppositions, inter partes review and re-examinations. Patent Expenses include reimbursement for in-house costs provided they are for activities that would otherwise have been performed by outside counsel at an equal or greater expense.
