Closeout Documentation definition

Closeout Documentation shall include the following, without limitation:
Closeout Documentation means the as-built drawings and other installation documentation required by Licensor with respect to the subject installation of or Modification to Equipment.

Final Inspection Contractor shall comply with Punch List procedures as provided herein and in all the Contract Documents and maintain the presence of its District-approved project superintendent and project manager until the Punch List is complete to ensure proper and timely completion of the Punch List. Under no circumstances shall Contractor demobilize its forces prior to completion of the Punch List. Upon receipt of Contractor’s written notice that all of the Punch List items have been fully completed and the Work is ready for final inspection and acceptance, Architect and Project Inspector will inspect the Work and shall submit to Contractor and District a final inspection report noting the Work, if any, required in order to complete in accordance with the Contract Documents. Absent unusual circumstances, this report shall consist of the Punch List items not yet satisfactorily completed. Upon Contractor's completion of all items on the Punch List and any other uncompleted portions of the Work, the Contractor shall notify the District, the Architect and the Project Inspector, who shall again inspect such Work. If the Architect and the Project Inspector find the Work complete and acceptable under the Contract Documents, the Architect will notify Contractor, who shall then jointly submit to the Architect and the District its final Application for Payment.

  • In the event that Licensee engages Crown Castle to perform any Work for Licensee pursuant to Section 2.5 above, Licensor shall provide or cause Crown Castle to provide to Licensee all Closeout Documentation with respect to such Work within forty-five (45) days after completion of the Work.

  • In the event that Licensee does not engage Crown Castle to perform any Work for Licensee and Licensee engages a contractor approved by Crown Castle to perform the Work pursuant to Section 2.5 above, Licensee shall provide to Licensor all Closeout Documentation with respect to such Work within forty-five (45) days after completion of the Work.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that Licensee fails to provide to Licensor said Closeout Documentation within said forty-five (45) day period, Licensee shall pay to Licensor One Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($1,500.00) for the purpose of defraying Licensor’s costs associated with preparation of the Closeout Documentation required hereunder.
