Collection GuidelinesWith respect to Credit Acceptance, the policies and procedures of the Servicer, attached hereto as Schedule VI, relating to the collection of amounts due on contracts for the sale of automobiles and/or light-duty trucks, as in effect on the Cut-Off Date and as amended from time to time in accordance herewith and with the other Transaction Documents, and with respect to the Backup Servicer, as Successor Servicer, the servicing policies and procedures set forth in the Backup Servicing Agreement.

  • The Borrower will comply in all material respects with the Credit Guidelines and the Collection Guidelines with respect to each Loan and Contract unless otherwise required by Applicable Law.
