Commercial Licence definition

Commercial Licence is a Licence available in two forms “node-locked” or “floating” as described in clause 5 and for which a Licence Fee has been paid to DUG by the Licence.
Commercial Licence has the meaning set out in Clause 3.3;
Commercial Licence means a licence to use the software for Commercial Purposes.

  • Under the Aboriginal Communal Fishing Licence Regulations, every person working on a vessel that is fishing under authority of a Communal Commercial Licence must be designated by the First Nation that holds the licence.

More Definitions of Commercial Licence

Commercial Licence means the grant of a sub-licence of rights under the Technology to a Sub-Licensee (other than in respect of a material transfer agreement, contract research agreement, clinical trial services agreement or manufacturing agreement);
Commercial Licence means a licence designed for physical persons and legal entities and is based on the following principles. The access to the Software will be restricted to the unlimited number of Build Servers of the Licensee and for the Authorised Users, the number of which was specified in the respective Certificate of Licences and Services for whom licences have been validly acquired and paid for under this Agreement. The Licensee shall have the right to change Authorised Users provided that no individual Authorised User may be changed more than once every calendar day. In no event may the Software be concurrently used by more Authorised Users than for which the licence is granted. The Software may be installed concurrently on two Clients of the particular Authorised User. The Commercial Licence shall be a worldwide licence, provided that all the aforesaid limitations must be complied with for the entire term of the licence. The Commercial License shall be non-transferable. In case that the distribution of the Licence Key to Authorised Users is managed through the Licence Server, the following terms shall be applied: (a) The number of actual concurrent Authorised Users may exceed, for a maximum period of ninety (90) consecutive calendar days (the “Grace Period”) up to 30% of the number of Authorised Users for which the Licence has been validly acquired and paid for under this Agreement, (b) Provided that the Licensee increased the number of the Authorised Users of the Software by additional purchase in the minimum extent equal to the maximal number of the additional Users during the Grace Period i.e. validly acquired and paid for, the Grace Period shall be apply again.
Commercial Licence means a licence that grants rights to commercial utilisation of biological resources and survey results based on biological resources.

Commercial Licence means the commercial registration licence of the Company issued by MOCI.
