Committed Spend definition

Committed Spend means the level of Spend (net of any discount) to which you commit over the Committed Period as specified in the contract document that you sign or agree over the telephone).

Examples of Committed Spend in a sentence

  • If the draw-down for the applicable 12-month period (other than the last) of a multi-year Pre-Paid Subscription does not equal or exceed the Pre-Paid Committed Spend for that 12-month period, the shortfall will be carried-forward, i.e., applied the draw-down, for the first two months of the next 12-month term.

  • Pre-Paid Committed Spend shall be drawn-down (i.e., spent) over the course of the applicable 12-month period as Resources are used by Customer.
