Committed Spend the amount set out in the Order which you commit to pay in respect of call charges during each month of the Initial Term and any Extended Term. “Contract” these terms and conditions, the Order and any other document referenced in them as forming part of this Contract.

• Grass Valley’s may offer an annual volume commitment mechanism, where the Customer agrees to purchase specific volume of Tokens in exchange of discount (Volume Committed Spend).

• Pre-Paid Committed Spend shall be drawn down (i.e., spent) over the course of the applicable 12-month period as Resources are used by MSP.
