Company Share Options means options to purchase Company Shares.

Company Share Options means the options to subscribe for Company Shares (whether ADSs or otherwise) granted by the Company to its employees pursuant to the Company Share Option Plans.

Company Share Options is defined in Section 6.3(a).
Company Share Options means each outstanding share option to purchase Company Ordinary Shares validly issued and not otherwise cancelled or terminated, which was granted under the Company Share Plan and any warrant to purchase Company Ordinary Shares.
