Examples of Company Third Party Expenses in a sentence
The Company shall provide Buyer with a statement of estimated Company Third Party Expenses incurred, or to be incurred by the Company, at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date in form reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.
Schedule 2.19 also sets forth the Company's current reasonable estimate of all Company Third Party Expenses (as defined in Section 5.4) expected to be incurred by the Company in connection with the negotiation and effectuation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
The Company shall indicate in the Closing Date Statement any Company Third Party Expenses that have previously been paid by the Company.
