Competing Business Activity definition

Competing Business Activity means any business activity (other than business activities engaged in for or on behalf of Nucor) that (i) is the same as, or is in competition with, any portion of the Business, and (ii) is a business activity in which Executive was involved or engaged in during the course of Executive’s employment with Nucor.
Competing Business Activity means any business or activity involving or relating to the provision of physician management and administrative services to physical therapy or rehabilitation clinics or practices within the State of New York.

Competing Business Activity means (a) the business of wholesale and/or retail pharmacy operations including without limitation relating to the provision of drugs and/or biopharmaceuticals for delivery to or use in the home or physician offices, of infusible or injectable therapy products and services, including without limitation, anti-infectives, TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) therapy, hemophilia clotting factor products, IVIG (Immune Globulin) therapy, RSV (respiratory syncytial virus), Oncolytics/Chemotherapy medications, products and/or supplies or other disease management programs relating thereto for the treatment of chronic and other conditions, including, but not limited to, autoimmune and immune deficiency conditions, hemophilia and blood diseases, hepatitis C, rheumatoid arthritis, Cancer and HIV (collectively, "Specialty Pharmacy Operations"); (b) clinical services, reimbursement services and delivery services in connection with the Specialty Pharmacy Operations, and (c) any business conducted by the Company or its affiliates.
Competing Business Activity means (a) the sale, marketing, offering or provision of residential service plans for the repair and maintenance of heating and cooling systems, water heaters, appliances, pipes and wires or consumer electronics, (b) home office and equipment leasing services or other home warranty services and (c) equipment leasing services for water heaters and other various appliances and equipment.

Competing Business Activity means Executive’s involvement in, or supervision of others involved in, the provision, promotion, marketing or sales of products or services similar to those provided by the Company to any of its current or prospective customers or within its existing sales and service territories;
