Supervision of Others. Consultant shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent any other person with whom Consultant is or may become associated (whether as supervisor, employee, owner or otherwise) from acquiring Confidential Information from or through Consultant and/or using or divulging such Confidential Information at any time; provided, however, Consultant shall not be responsible or liable, nor shall it be in breach of this Subsection, if any other person shall acquire, use, or divulge such Confidential Information as a result of a forcible entry into the office or file of City.

Supervision of Others. No Bargaining Unit Member shall supervise the activities of other Bargaining Unit Members (as supervision is defined by the Michigan Employment Relations Commission). In the absence of an immediate supervisor, however, Employees shall be expected to perform their normal work assignments to the best of their ability. Supervision of Others. He would be responsible to the Supervisor of the Warehouse for the effective training of any new employees in their work and would also be responsible to see that any training programs required (other than initial training) are followed, and would report the results of their effectiveness.
