Completion Standard definition

Completion Standard constructed in substantial conformance with the approved plans for the improvements shown thereon in a safe, workmanlike manner and in accordance with all applicable Laws. Cure Period: a fourteen (14) day period commencing on the day after a Party’s receipt of a Default Notice. Default: a Party’s (or successor’s) failure timely to perform any acts required of the Party under this Agreement, or any of its terms or conditions, as set forth in a Default Notice.
Completion Standard means the set of quantitative criteria, agreed upon by scientists from NIP or its designated Affiliate and KaloBios in good faith, which represent reasonable metrics by which to evaluate NIP’s capability to successfully develop a Humaneered Antibody independent of KaloBios and to define the achievement of the Full Technology Transfer (as defined in Section 3.3). The Completion Standard shall be deemed satisfied when NIP or its designated Affiliate has developed a Humaneered Antibody that has a binding affinity of at least 50% of that of the parent murine antibody from which the Humaneered Antibody was developed.
Completion Standard means completion of build works to shell and core standard which shall include the completion of the fabric, sub and superstructure of the building including external walls, external timber veranda, windows, doors (external), roof, core internal walls, structural floors plus core building services (with capped off distribution for future connection), car parking and fencing and for the avoidance of doubt does not include fitting out with furnishings, interior electrics and lighting, interior walls, ceilings and associated parts of the finishes, the floor finishes, the decoration, bathrooms or kitchens.

  • Emission standard means specified limitations on the discharge of air contaminants into the atmosphere.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.
