Concurrent Agent means the maximum quantity of Contact Center users that are simultaneously logged in to use the Collaboration Flex Plan Contact Center software or services.

Concurrent Agent means agents or supervisors who are simultaneously logged into the Interaction Routing system and available to take or handle customer inquiries or calls (inbound, outbound, or multi-media/web).
