Conditions of Certification definition

Conditions of Certification means the criteria listed in the Conditions of Certification and Use Guidelines;
Conditions of Certification means the conditions attached to the Final Order of Certification and any subsequent modifications.
Conditions of Certification means the list of ongoing conditions issued by the Certifying Authority to the Service Provider, detailing ongoing compliance requirements and reporting timelines that the Service Provider must comply with in order to maintain Certification for a particular Service. Contract means any contract entered into between a Commonwealth Entity and the Service Provider which includes an obligation for Certification of a Service that is to be provided under, or used for the purpose of, that contract. Deed means this Deed of Certification (and includes all Annexures to this Deed).

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • Additional Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in the Offer Document.

  • the Conditions means the standard terms and conditions set out in this document;

  • Federal Certifications means the “Certification Regarding Lobbying – Compliant with Appendix A to 24 C.F.R. Part 87” and Standard Form LLL, “Disclosure of Lobbying Activities,” also in Attachment B, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.

  • Affidavit of Small Business Enterprise Certification means the fully completed, signed, and notarized affidavit that must be submitted with an application for SBE certification. Representations and certifications made by the applicant in this Affidavit are made under penalty of perjury and will be used and relied upon by City to verify SBE eligibility and compliance with SBE certification and documentation requirements.

  • Non-U.S. Beneficial Ownership Certification As defined in Section 5.03(f) of this Agreement.

  • Verification on oath or affirmation means a declaration, made by an individual on oath or affirmation before a notarial officer, that a statement in a record is true.
