Conduct Code means Article V, Section 3 of the KSU SGA By-Laws. University jurisdiction to adjudicate complaints and to impose sanctions under this Conduct Code shall be limited to misconduct that occurs on University Property, at University Education Program and Activities, or behavior which intentionally or recklessly interferes with the operation of the University or with University Education Program and Activities, including, but not limited to, studying, teaching, research, University administration, fire, police, or emergency services.

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Object Code means computer software that is substantially or entirely in binary form and that is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without any intervening steps of compilation or assembly.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement.   • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Information Technology means computer hardware, software and networks;

  • Communication technology means an electronic device or process that:

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • IT Systems and Data shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(jj).

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.
