Construction Contract Time definition

Construction Contract Time means the time within which the Contractor is required to perform the Work, as set forth in the Construction Contract and as may be amended by Change Order.
Construction Contract Time means the number of calendar days, specified within the Construction Contract Documents, within which the Contractor is required to complete the Work under the Construction Contract Documents, as amended. The Construction Contract Time is calculated from the Construction Commencement Date.
Construction Contract Time means the period between the start date identified in the Notice to Proceed with construction and the Substantial Completion date identified in the Notice to Proceed or as subsequently amended by a Change Order.

  • A document recommended by the DESIGNER that is signed by a Contractor and OWNER and authorizes an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work or an adjustment in a Construction Contract Price or Construction Contract Time, issued on or after the effective date of the Construction Contract.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting.
