Working Plans definition

Working Plans means final design plans of facilities, detailed construction
Working Plans means the final working drawings, plans and specifications (including the Mechanical System Plans) for all work to be performed by Tenant in the Suite LL2-005 Expansion Space, as prepared by Tenant’s Architect and Tenant’s Engineer which shall be based upon and in accordance with the Space Plans, and which shall contain sufficient detail and shall be otherwise suitable in all respects for submission to the building department of the City of Chicago to obtain a building permit.
Working Plans means the final working plans and specifications prepared by or for Tenant (including, without limitation, the Systems Plans) for the work to be performed by Tenant in the Demised Premises, which Working Plans shall contain sufficient detail and shall be otherwise suitable in all respects for submission to the building department of the Village of ▇▇▇▇▇ Stream to obtain a building permit. Working Plans shall be consistent with the Space Plans approved by Landlord.

  • Academic staff may be exchanged for the development of joint projects, training programs or qualification courses according to Working Plans that will be commonly defined and agreed upon by the parties.

  • Within five (5) days following Landlord's approval of the Preliminary Plans, Tenant shall cause its architect to prepare and submit two (2) copies of working drawings and specifications ("Working Plans") to Landlord for its review and approval.

  • Tenant shall cause construction of the Tenant Improvements in a good and workmanlike manner in strict accordance with the approved Working Plans.

Working Plans means the final working drawings, plans and specifications (including the Mechanical System Plans) for all work to be performed by Landlord in the Expansion Space (excluding Landlord’s Additional Work), as prepared by Landlord’s Architect and Landlord’s Engineer which shall be based upon and in accordance with the Space Plans, which shall contain sufficient detail and shall be otherwise suitable in all respects for submission to the building department of the City of Chicago to obtain a building permit and which shall designate (i) any and all portions of Landlord’s Work which exceed the intended design, character and finishes of the Expansion Space as set forth in the Space Plans and (ii) the corresponding design, character and finishes as set forth in the Space Plans for such items, if applicable.
Working Plans means the permitable working drawings, plans and specifications for all of Landlord's Work, as approved by Tenant, (other than for shell construction which is described in Exhibit C-1) which approval Tenant will not unreasonably withhold or delay. The Working Plans shall comply with those specifications set forth on Schedule One attached hereto.
