Academic staff may be exchanged for the development of joint projects, training programs or qualification courses according to Working Plans that will be commonly defined and agreed upon by the parties.
Within five (5) days following Landlord's approval of the Preliminary Plans, Tenant shall cause its architect to prepare and submit two (2) copies of working drawings and specifications ("Working Plans") to Landlord for its review and approval.
