Contractor Service Fee definition

Contractor Service Fee means a fee paid directly to the Contractor for services provided. This fee will be paid for each billable Appointment, per requested Interpreter in accordance with the requirements established in this contract. The Contractor Service Fee covers administrative requirements of this contract (scheduling, billing, reporting, etc.).
Contractor Service Fee means the amount listed on the Contractor Service Fee Schedule. Contractor Service Fee Schedule means the schedule set forth at Section 11.01. Contractor Transition Plan means Contractor Documentation consisting of the plan required by Section 4, which has been approved by KIB. Contract Year means each 12-month period commencing July 1 and ending June 30, or with respect to less than 12-month periods following execution, termination or execution of the Agreement, the portion of that 12-month period. (Compare “Calendar Year”.)
Contractor Service Fee means that Rate Component of Exhibit K, Rate Schedule, intended to generate revenue to compensate Contractor for expenses, overhead and profit, exclusive of Compensable Overhead Cost.

  • Payment of the Contractor Service Fee for these Appointments is still allowed.

  • Operator Services provides for:

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.
