Contractor Service Fee definition

Contractor Service Fee means a fee paid directly to the Contractor for services provided. This fee will be paid for each billable Appointment, per requested Interpreter in accordance with the requirements established in this contract. The Contractor Service Fee covers administrative requirements of this contract (scheduling, billing, reporting, etc.).
Contractor Service Fee means the amount listed on the Contractor Service Fee Schedule. Contractor Service Fee Schedule means the schedule set forth at Section 11.01. Contractor Transition Plan means Contractor Documentation consisting of the plan required by Section 4, which has been approved by KIB.
Contractor Service Fee means that Rate Component of Exhibit K, Rate Schedule, intended to generate revenue to compensate Contractor for expenses, overhead and profit, exclusive of Compensable Overhead Cost.

  • Payment of the Contractor Service Fee for these Appointments is still allowed.

  • Operator Services provides for: 1.86.1. operator handling for call completion (e.g., collect calls); 1.86.2. operator or automated assistance for billing after the subscriber has dialed the called number (e.g., credit card calls); and 1.86.3. special services (e.g., BLV/BLI, Emergency Agency Call).

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies.
