Copyleft Software definition

Copyleft Software means software, content, materials, and/or works of authorship licensed under terms that:
Copyleft Software means any software code that is distributed under Open License Terms that: (a) require, as a condition of use, modification, and/or distribution, that other software code incorporated into, derived from or distributed with such software code also be (i) disclosed or distributed in source code form, (ii) licensed for the purpose of making modifications or derivative works, or (iii) redistributable at no charge; or (b) otherwise impose any other material limitation, restriction, or condition on the right or ability of the Group Companies to use or modify any Group Company’s products or services or distribute any Group Company’s products or services.
Copyleft Software means any Software subject to any Copyleft License.

  • For at least three (3) years from delivery of a device embedding the above product, Ficosa will give to any third party who contacts us at the Contact Information provided below, for a charge no more than our cost of physically performing source code distribution, a complete ma- chine-readable copy of the source code corresponding to the Copyleft Software indicated above.

Copyleft Software means software, content, materials, and/or works of authorship licensed under terms that (a) grant, impose, or purport to impose a requirement or condition on the software or other technology combined or otherwise used or distributed therewith; (b) require or purport to require that software or other technology combined or otherwise used or distributed therewith be made available in source code form; (c) requires or purports to require that software or technology combined or otherwise used or distributed therewith be licensed for the purpose of making modifications or derivative works; (d) requires or purports to require that software or any other technology combined or otherwise used or distributed therewith be redistributable at no charge; or (e) may grant or purport to grant to third parties any rights or immunities under Magento’s proprietary rights in the Services and/or Software or any portion thereof.
