Core Technology definition

Core Technology means the DURA Core Technology, the DDSI Core Technology and the Xxxxxx Core Technology.
Core Technology means any and all technology owned or licensed by Licensor that may be combined with Licensee’s technology for sale as the “Product”.
Core Technology means the Core Patents and any directly related knowledge, know-how and/or technique or techniques developed before the Start Date by the Investigator while employed at UBC;

More Definitions of Core Technology

Core Technology is an intravascular, intralumen, or intratissue miniature magnetic resonance coil detection probe as described in the PATENT RIGHTS.

Core Technology means as to Chiron the technology claimed in the patents and patent applications set forth in Schedule "B" (together with any unlisted patents and patent applications which claim priority from the listed patents and any and all patents that have issued or in the future issue from the foregoing patents and patent applications and all divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, renewals, re-examinations, extensions, or additions thereof) and as to Gen-Probe the technology claimed in the patents and patent applications set forth in Schedule "C" (together with any unlisted patents and patent applications which claim priority from any of the listed patents and any and all patents that have issued or in the future issue from the foregoing patents and patent applications and all divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, renewals, re-examinations, extensions, or additions thereof). Either party may contest whether a claim in a pending patent application for the United States meets the requirements for patentability under applicable law. Such contest shall be made pursuant to the procedures established by Article 13 except that (i) in lieu of submitting the issue to a single arbitrator, the issue shall be submitted to a panel of three patent attorneys with experience in the subject matter for binding determination and (ii) there shall be no appeal from the decision of the majority of such panel. The burden of proof before the arbitrators shall be a preponderance of the evidence.
