  • To the extent these national rules apply to Covered Personal Data, the local legal department of the relevant countries will issue, as appropriate, country-specific guidelines or local policies which will apply in addition to the BCRs. Some particular privacy policies may also be implemented within some Capgemini Business Units or Capgemini Companies.

  • The BCRs apply to the Capgemini Companies to the extent that they process Covered Personal Data as Data Controllers or as Data Processors.
