Covered Individuals. An individual referred to in paragraph (1) is an individual who would have met all of the qualifications for a bonus, special pay, or similar benefit under a provision of title 10 or 37, United States Code, amended by section 611, 612, 613, or 614 at any time during the period beginning on January 1, 2008, and ending on the date of the enact- ment of this Act, but for the fact that the statutory authority for the bonus, special pay, or similar bene- fit lapsed on December 31, 2007.
Covered Individuals. Individual persons who are eligible for payment of certain services or prescriptions rendered or sold to them under the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of a health benefit program administered by DMH or by some other Payor.
Covered Individuals. An individual de- scribed in this subsection is any individual enti- tled to educational assistance under this chap- ter— (1) who resides in a county (or similar entity utilized by the Bureau of the Census) with less than seven persons per square mile, according to the most recent decennial Census; and (2) who— (A) physically relocates a distance of at least 500 miles in order to pursue a program of education for which the individual utilizes educational assistance under this chapter; or (B) travels by air to physically attend an institution of higher learning for pursuit of such a program of education because the in- dividual cannot travel to such institution by automobile or other established form of transportation due to an absence of road or other infrastructure.
