Critical Service Level Default definition

Critical Service Level Default has the meaning given to it in Schedule 2, Exhibit C;
Critical Service Level Default means, with regard to any Critical Service Level, First Data’s failure to perform at a level that meets the corresponding Critical Service Level during any particular Measurement Period.
Critical Service Level Default means a Service Level Default in respect of a Critical Service Level.

Examples of Critical Service Level Default in a sentence

  • Beginning on the Effective Date, Service Level Credits for Critical Service Level Defaults for Print Service Levels other than Timeliness and External Defect-related Print Service Levels will be calculated in accordance with Section 4.5(a) above by multiplying the Weighting Factor for Print Production Services assigned to the particular Critical Service Level for which there has been a Critical Service Level Default by the Amount at Risk for Print Production Services.

More Definitions of Critical Service Level Default

Critical Service Level Default means a Service Level Default with respect to a Critical Service Level.
Critical Service Level Default means a failure by Supplier to meet the specified Service Level target for a Critical Service Level.
Critical Service Level Default shall be deemed to occur whenever Supplier’s level of performance for a particular Critical Service Level fails to meet or exceed the level performance specified in Schedule A-3.1 for such Critical Service Level in a given month.
Critical Service Level Default shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(b).

Related to Critical Service Level Default
