Customer Marks definition

Customer Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Customer.
Customer Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9(a).
Customer Marks means any trademarks owned by or licensed to the Customer.

  • Customer also hereby grants the Company a non-exclusive license during the Term of this Agreement and Company shall list Customer’s name and display Customer Marks on its home page and in the “partner,” “customer” or similar sections of the Company’s website.

  • Company may use the then current Customer Marks, provided that Company shall: (i) only use Customer Marks in the form and manner, and in accordance with the quality standards, that Customer prescribes (and which it may change from time to time) and (ii) upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, immediately cease all use of the Customer Marks.

More Definitions of Customer Marks

Customer Marks means any registered or unregistered trade marks for, or in relation to, the Customer’s corporate brand and identity.
Customer Marks means any trademarks owned by or licensed to you.
Customer Marks means all registered or common law Customer trademarks, trade names, Services marks, slogans, and logos and such other Customer trademarks or logos as Customer identifies from time to time to Terryberry for branding or other use in connection with the Services.
Customer Marks means (i) the Designations (as defined below) and (ii) the Customer’s characters, colors, emblems, designs, identifications, logos, mascots, name, service marks, symbols, trademarks, all trade names, uniforms and other proprietary designations which are owned, licensed to or controlled by the Customer and which relate to the Facilities and the Teams and which are in existence on at the beginning of the Term or which will be created during the Term.
Customer Marks means (i) the Designations (as defined below) and (ii) the Customer’s characters, colors, emblems, designs, identifications, logos, mascots, name, service marks, symbols, trademarks, all trade names, uniforms and other proprietary designations which are owned, licensed to or controlled by the Customer and which relate to the Facilities and which are in existence on at the beginning of the Term or which will be created during the Term. For clarity purposes, Customer Marks shall include, without limitation, characters, colors, emblems, designs, identifications, logos, mascots, name, service marks, symbols, trademarks, all trade names, uniforms and other proprietary designations associated with or related to all intercollegiate athletic teams associated with the Customer, at the beginning of the Term or which will be created during the Term, if any.
Customer Marks means Customer’s logo, trademarks and other service marks.
Customer Marks means all Customer trademarks, trade names, service marks, slogans, and logos and such other Customer trademarks or logos as Customer identifies from time to time to Operator for use in connection with the Customer App. Customer Property shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 14.2. Deliverables shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.1. Design Specifications are Customer’s specifications and requirements that Operator will follow to create the Customer App and with which the Customer App shall conform in all respects.
