Customer Transaction definition

Customer Transaction means each DHE Customer Transaction and VOD Customer Transaction.
Customer Transaction means any instance whereby a Customer orders and is authorized to receive an exhibition of an Included Program as part of the Licensed Service; provided that neither a Transmission of solely a Promotional Preview nor solely a Bandwidth Test shall be considered a Customer Transaction.
Customer Transaction means each instance whereby a Customer has acquired an Included Program on a DHE basis and is authorized to receive exhibition of such Included Program from the Licensed Service.

Examples of Customer Transaction in a sentence

  • No more than two (2)three Streaming Devices at one time for each unique Customer account on the Service, regardless of the number of Included Programs previously subject to a Customer Transaction and consequently available to be streamed from, such Customer Account.

  • Amazon may, during the Term, offer a Customer an additional copy and/or an additional decryption key or grant a Customer a refund of fees paid by a Customer in a Customer Transaction (“Technical Credits”).

  • Included Programs may be transmitted to Streaming Devices solely with respect to an Included Program that a Customer is authorized to receive, decrypt and play subject to a Customer Transaction.

  • Any Customer Transaction of an Included Program asset in a higher resolution format than SD (e.g., HD) shall also include the right(s) to such asset in any lower resolution format (e.g., SD).

  • If a TiVo Device of a Customer is deregistered from a TiVo account before a Customer has deauthorized (pursuant to and consistent with Digital Locker Functionality allowed under this Agreement) such TiVo Device as one of the four (4) Target Devices on which Customer’s Included Programs are active, Amazon may not permit, authorize, offer, replace or otherwise issue any additional copy and/or any additional decryption or license key for such Customer’s Included Programs without a new Customer Transaction.


More Definitions of Customer Transaction

Customer Transaction means a Non-UV Customer Transaction and/or a Rights Token Authorization, as applicable.
Customer Transaction means a Transaction between the Prime Broker and the Customer pursuant to clause 4.1.
Customer Transaction means a funds transfer originated or received by a member on behalf of its customer.
Customer Transaction means each instance in which a Customer is authorized by Amazon to download, receive, decrypt and play a copy of an Included Program from the Service, it being understood that a Customer’s usage of an Included Program in a manner allowed by this Agreement (including, without limitation, usage in the Approved Format and in compliance with the Usage Rules) occurring after the Customer Transaction pursuant to which Amazon initially authorized such Customer to download, receive, decrypt and play the applicable Included Program shall not be deemed to give rise to additional Customer Transactions.
Customer Transaction means any instance whereby a Customer is authorized to receive an exhibition of all or a part of an Included Program as part of the Licensed Service.
Customer Transaction means any marketing, offer, sale or purchase of products or services by Customer to or from (i) an Authorized User or (ii) a third party that has its own current subscription to the AMN Offering, as facilitated by the use of the AMN Offering. Any contractual relationship regarding Customer Transactions is solely between Customer and such third party and may be governed by separate terms made available with or as part of the respective Customer Content or Third Party Content. Siemens will have no responsibility for Third Party Content or Customer’s use of such Third Party Content. Customer is an independent supplier or buyer and bears all economic opportunities and risks related to Customer Transactions. Customer shall ensure that Customer, and not Siemens, is identified as the contracting party to any Customer Transaction. Customer shall be solely responsible for all billing and collection or delivery in relation to Customer Transactions. Customer will indemnify Siemens, its affiliates, its subcontractors, and their representatives, against any third party claims, damages, fines and cost (including attorney’s fees and expenses) relating in any way to (i) any Customer Transaction, including any refund, cancellation or return, and (ii) Customer’s tax obligations or other applicable charges in relation to any Customer Transaction, or the collection, payment, or failure to collect or pay any taxes or other applicable charges in relation to any Customer Transaction, or Customer’s failure to meet tax registration obligations or duties.
Customer Transaction means each order transaction initiated by a Customer whereby a Customer is authorized by Licensee to receive an exhibition of all or a part of a single Included Program from the Licensed Service in exchange for a corresponding per-transaction fee.
