IoT Services or “Service” Means the grant to you of the right to use the Service as specified in the Order (being IoT Platform, IoT Connectivity or other available IoT service offered by us, as described in this Specific Terms) subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Specific Terms.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms of Use, the Parties retain the absolute right to immediately suspend or terminate your access and use of the IoT Services provided as part of the IoT Solution if: you breach any provision in these Terms of Use, you discontinue the required data service of the connected IoT Solution, you misuse the IoT Solution or IoT Services, and/or you alter your IoT Solution, or use the IoT Solution or IoT Services in such a manner as to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of HMS, Zipit, or any third party or as to violate any applicable law. The Parties reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the IoT Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use.
