Cycle Time to Replenish definition

Cycle Time to Replenish or “CT2R” means, with respect to a given Component and a given Hub, the period of time between Supplier’s receipt of a Hub Order for such Component and arrival of such Component at such Hub. CT2R consists solely of Supplier’s order processing time, process planning time, manufacturing cycle time and transit time to the Hub, and does not include lead time for raw materials or other Component inputs.
Cycle Time to Replenish. CT2R”)” means the period of time beginning with the receipt of an Order or request for Product(s) through the arrival of such Product(s) at a Hub or such other specified delivery site as Cisco may require. CT2R shall consist solely of: order processing time + process planning time + manufacturing cycle time + transit time to the applicable delivery site, and does not include lead time for raw materials or other Product inputs.

CT2R consists solely of Supplier’s order processing time, process planning time, manufacturing cycle time and transit time to the Hub, and does not include lead time for raw materials or other Component inputs. “EDI” means Electronic Data Interchange. “Hub Order” or “Replenishment Signal” means an instruction to Supplier to ship Components to one or more Hubs, either on a single date or on multiple pre-scheduled dates. The instruction may take the form of a discrete or blanket purchase order (fax or electronic), EDI demand signal, or any other method agreed between EMS Provider and Supplier. “MOQ” means minimum order quantity, as agreed between Supplier and EMS Provider or Supplier and the Cisco Entities, whichever is lower. “MPQ” means minimum package quantity, as agreed between Supplier and EMS Provider or Supplier and the Cisco Entities, whichever is lower. “Pull Signal” means an instruction from the EMS Provider to the Hub Operator to ship or deliver Components from a Hub to the EMS Provider. “Standard Component” means any Component that is not a Custom Component. Standard Components are generally designated ‘Non-liable’ in the Cisco Entities’ component attributes database.

  • End Client Requirements means the specific requirements of the End Client, as notified to the Supplier in writing;

  • Service User means your customer, (i.e., the purchaser of the Offering).

  • Year 2000 Compliance has the meaning set forth in section 17.29 of the Management Agreement.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Service Users means each person who is referred or presents to the Provider as part of the provision of the Services;

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • air transport service means a service for the transport by air of persons, mails or any other thing, animate or inanimate, for any kind of remuneration whatsoever, whether such service consists of a single flight or series of flights;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • flight information service means a service provided for the purpose of giving advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights;

  • Minimum Hourly Work Requirement means the work hours over a given time period that are required of you by your Employer in order to be eligible for coverage. Your Minimum Hourly Work Requirement is specified in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Annual performance report means a written appraisal of the teaching staff member's performance prepared by the teaching staff member’s designated supervisor based on the evaluation rubric for his or her position.

  • OSS means the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Ohio.

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • network and information system have the meaning set forth in OAR 407-014-0305, as such rule may be revised from time to time.

  • payment service user means a natural or legal person making use of a payment service in the capacity of either payer or payee, or both;

  • Year 2000 Compliant means, with respect to the Company's Information Technology, that the Information Technology is designed to be used prior to, during and after the calendar Year 2000, and the Information Technology used during each such time period will accurately receive, provide and process date and time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing and sequencing) from, into and between the 20th and 21st centuries, including the years 1999 and 2000, and leap-year calculations, and will not malfunction, cease to function, or provide invalid or incorrect results as a result of the date or time data, to the extent that other information technology, used in combination with the Information Technology, properly exchanges date and time data with it. The Company has delivered to the Buyers true and correct copies of all analyses, reports, studies and similar written information, whether prepared by the Company or another party, relating to whether the Information Technology is Year 2000 Compliant, if any.

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and

  • Delivery service means the providing of electric transmission or distribution to a retail customer.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Warranty Period /„Maintenance Period‟ shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the Works performed under the Contract.

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.
