Data Archive or "data archives" means a facility established and maintained for the preservation, management, administration, and use of records and information of permanent and enduring value recorded or stored on electronic media.]
Data Archive means the Optional Services Aconex offers relating to the continued preservation and access to Client Data following termination of a Project or termination of Services.
Data Archive means the documents posted on or before 11:59 pm on the date immediately prior to the date of this Agreement to the electronic data room established through Xxxxxxx Communications, LLC for purposes of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Prior to 11:59 pm on the date immediately prior to the date of this Agreement, the Company shall remove or cause to be removed from the Data Archive any and all documents or information that could be reasonably expected to result in a waiver of attorney-client privilege. As soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement, but in no event more than two (2) Business Days following the date of this Agreement, the Company will deliver to Parent on one or more CD-ROM disks a complete and accurate electronic copy of the Data Archive. The parties acknowledge and agree that, following the Closing, nothing in this Section 10.1 shall be deemed a waiver by Parent or any of its Affiliates (including the Surviving Corporation) of attorney-client privilege with respect to any of the documents or information included in the Data Archive.

Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • STATUS VERIFICATION SYSTEM This “Status Verification System” requirement, also referred to as “E-Verify”, only applies to contracts issued through a Request for Proposal process and to sole sources that are included within a Request for Proposal.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.
