Data Output definition

Data Output means the maps, reports or other information generated by analyzing or processing Subscription Data, including geocode coordinates or address corrections appended to Licensee database records.

  • Licensee may use Data Output to derive conclusions or recommendations that form part of Licensee’s services to its customers, but Licensee may not provide Data Output as part of those services.

  • Accordingly, during the Term, Solutions hereby grants to each Consortium Participant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to Use any De-identified Data Output and Work Product derived therefrom in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Applicable Law (the “Consortium Participant License”).

  • If the WA-APCD determines that Data output violates the WA-APCD DUA the Recipient will be notified and must modify the Data Output prior to its release.
