DB Team definition

DB Team means the team formed by the Proposer for purposes of responding to the RFQ.
DB Team means, generally, the “Design-Build Team,” as defined in the Rules and in the Design-Build Manual, which generally means the combination of contractors, design/engineering/professional consultants (or team of consultants), and other entities working together, for the Design-Builder, to design and build the Project.
DB Team s Proposal commitments set forth in Exhibit 2 hereto, including DB Team’s schematic plan of the Project, to the extent specified in Exhibit 2 that certain provisions therein shall supersede the specified provisions of the other DB Documents. DB Team shall conduct regular progress meetings with GDOT at least once a month during the course of Design Work and Construction Work. These meetings shall be attended by the DB Team’s Lead Contractor’s Project Manager and the Lead Design Engineer or Authorized Representatives of each and any other Key Personnel as needed for productive use of the meetings.

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.
