DBC Documents definition

DBC Documents means the documents identified as “Contract Documents” in DBA Section 1.3.
DBC Documents means the documents identified as “Contract Documents” in DBA Section 1.3. “Design-Build Agreement” or “DBA” means the agreement to develop, design and construct the Project. “Design-Build Contract” or “DBC” means the Design-Build Agreement and the DBA General Conditions. “Design-Build Price” or “DB Price” means the price for the Work required under the DBC.
DBC Documents means the documents identified as “Contract Documents” in DBA Section 1.3. “Deferred Work Component” or “DWC” has the meaning set forth in ITP Section 1.4.1.

  • Following receipt and evaluation of Proposals, based on a determination of apparent best value, the Commission may select a Proposer for negotiations, and authorize TxDOT to finalize the DBC Documents and CMC Documents for award and execution.

  • If TxDOT moves forward with the procurement, the final RFP will include a scope of work, draft DBC Documents and CMC Documents and the objective methodology for determining the overall best value Proposal.

  • Therefore, the procurement documents, including the DBC Documents and CMC Documents, must conform to requirements of applicable federal law, regulations and policies.

  • Approval of an ATC will constitute a change in the specific requirements of the DBC Documents associated with the approved ATC for that specific Proposer.

  • TxDOT anticipates the DBC Documents will include aesthetics requirements that must be addressed in the design by the DB Contractor.

  • The Proposal Bond shall be subject to forfeiture in accordance with ITP Section 4.7. Each proposal bond will be retained until the DBC Documents and CMC Documents have been fully executed, after which the proposal bond for each unsuccessful Proposer, except those proposal bonds that have been forfeited, will be returned to the respective Proposers.

Each of the DBC Documents is an essential part of the agreement between the Parties, and a requirement occurring in one is as binding as though occurring in all. The DBC Documents are intended to be complementary and to describe and provide for a complete agreement.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Documents includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced.

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.
