DCC Systems definition

DCC Systems means the DCC Total System, including the XX XXX but excluding all Communications Hubs.
DCC Systems means collectively the DCC Data Systems and the DCC Service Management System;
DCC Systems means collectively the DCC Data Systems and the DCC Service Management System;"DCC & Contractor Systems"means (excluding all Smart Appliances and Smart Metering Systems (except the Communications Hub)):(a) the DCC Environment;(b) the Other ESP Solution(s); and(c) the Contractor System,and including the DCC User Gateway and the other DCC Interfaces & Gateways;"DCC Environment"means the Systems used by or on behalf of the DCC, excluding all parts of any Other ESP Solution, or the Contractor Systems;"Gas Proxy"means the gas mirror functionality within the Communications Hub;"HHT" or "Handheld Terminal" or "Hand Held Terminal"means the secure terminal used by Communications Hub and/or SMS installers to facilitate the installation and/or maintenance of such devices;"Home Area Network" or "HAN"means the network to be provided by the Comms Hub and through which communication between elements of the Smart Metering System (and Consumer Access Devices) in Consumer Premises is effected;"IHD" or "In-home Display"means an IHD as defined in the Baseline SMETS 2;"PPMID"means a device that provides functionality to facilitate the use of prepayment services by Consumers whose Smart Meter(s) are in locations which are difficult to access;"Smart Metering Device"means:(a) any Smart Meter (including microgeneration Smart Meters) in connection with which the DCC provides any data, communications or other services;(b) any Communications Hub in connection with which the DCC provides any data, communications or other services;(c) any Type 1 Device;(d) any Type 2 Device; and/or(e) for the avoidance of doubt, any PPMID;"Smart Metering System" or "SMS"means a system comprised of Smart Metering Devices (including at least one Communications Hub)

  • The DCC Systems Integrator will provide DCC with a schedule of when and where tests will be executed and invite DCC to witness either on-site or via video conferencing where appropriate giving at least 1 Working Days’ notice should there be a change to the agreed schedule.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Electric System means all electrical wires, equipment, and other facilities owned or provided by the utility that are used to transmit electricity to customers.

  • Bulk Electric System shall have the meaning provided for in the NERC Glossary of Terms used in Reliability Standards, as it may be amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time.

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Computer System means (1) computers with related peripheral components, including storage components, (2) systems and applications software, (3) terminal devices, (4) related communications networks or customer communication systems, and (5) related electronic funds transfer systems; by which data or monies are electronically collected, transmitted, processed, stored or retrieved.

  • Public System means the telecommunications system run by a public telecommunications operator or internet service provider which may be accessed by GSM Data, ISDN, IP, Mobitex (i.e., the Radio Packet Data Network), analogue line or other transmission type.
