dedicated land means State land that is reserved or dedicated to the use of the general public as —
dedicated land means the tract or tracts of land which the applicant owns, leases, or from which the applicant holds a valid right to withdraw groundwater and which is listed in the application and used to calculate the amount of groundwater requested.

Development Application means each Application made or to be made under Part 4 of the Act or any act that replaces or repeals the Act, by or on behalf of the Developer, for consent to develop the whole or any part of the Land for the Proposed Development.
