Examples of dedicated land in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that as at the date of this Agreement, the Dedicated Land is not contained in a separate lot and cannot be transferred to the Council until the Land is subdivided to create the Dedicated Land as a separate legal lot capable of transfer.
