Deletion Procedure has the meaning given to it in this Agreement.

Examples of Deletion Procedure in a sentence

  • Subject to Clause 9.2, the party receiving the Shared Personal Data shall ensure that any Shared Personal Data are returned to the disclosing party or destroyed securely in accordance with the Deletion Procedure in the following circumstances: on termination of the Agreement; on expiry of the Term of the Agreement; and/or once processing of the Shared Personal Data is no longer necessary for the Agreed Purposes.

  • Following termination, Xxxx will delete the Customer’s environment and any data therein in accordance with Xxxx’s Customer Deletion Procedure.
