Design Submission Documents definition

Design Submission Documents or “Design Documentsconsist of the Drawings and Specifications prepared at specific phases of the design effort by the DP including Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents as well as cost estimates and other documents prepared by the CM@Risk that are submitted for Owner’s approval for each subphase of the Project design services.
Design Submission Documents means for the Job Order Project any Program Development documents, any Schematic Design documents, any Design Development documents, the Construction Documents and any other documents prepared by DP, any DP Consultant or any other person at DP's direction for Owner. "Job Order Project Criteria" mean the Job Order Project criteria listed in Item 1 in Appendix A.

Examples of Design Submission Documents in a sentence

  • The Design Submission Documents required of the DP will include drawings, specifications, and other documents as may be necessary to fully identify the Project scope and materials, together with the DP’s estimates of Probable Construction Cost.

  • The CPM shall include two (2) weeks of Owner review time for Design Submission Documents at SD and DD phases and three (3) weeks at CD phase.

  • During the meeting, the CMAR and DP shall identify, among other things, the evolution of the design and any significant changes or deviations from the Contract Documents or previously submitted Design Submission Documents and any changes in the XXXX’x estimated Construction Costs or the DP’s estimate of Probable Construction Cost.

  • Any such modification or Change Order will add to the Agreement any work contained within any Design Submission Documents that is not within the original scope of the construction Work to be performed by the CMAR.

Related to Design Submission Documents

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted with respect to the grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Solicitation Documents means the bid solicitation documents or any other documents for solicitation of offers proposals or quotations;

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • E-Auction Process Information Document means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bid in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
