Designated paid holidays. Where an employee is granted a designated paid holiday pursuant to Article 17, the time off granted per designated paid holiday will be equivalent to the regularly- scheduled shift in effect at the time.

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for business in the City of London.

  • Clock hour means either of the following:
