Developer Project definition

Developer Project means the redevelopment of Cutts Mill Building 7 on Saco Island to be completed by Developer at Developer Property and originally consisting of a facility of approximately 9,440, square feet and any addition thereto during the Term.

Developer Project means the manufacturing facility and related site improvements to be constructed by Developer at Developer Property and originally consisting of a facility of approximately 40,000 square feet and any addition thereto during the Term.

Developer Project means Developer’s installation of the Improvements on the Premises, as contemplated by the License Agreement.

More Definitions of Developer Project

Developer Project means the Acquisition of a developer of PV Systems in the ordinary course of business (i) in which the underlying customer contracts acquired pursuant to such Acquisition meet the definition of “Eligible Project Back-Log” and are included in the calculation thereof, in each case as of the date of such Acquisition and (ii) which will be financed in full by Available Take-Out.’

Developer Project means the acquisition and construction of a (commercial/retail/residential) development and certain appurtenant properties and improvements as described in the Brownfield Plan.

In connection with the Developer Project and as a condition precedent to completion of the Developer Project, the Developer has advised the Town that it will relocate and construct the new Munster Steel Co. facility in Hammond, Indiana. In the event that the BZA, the Plan Commission or other regulatory body or agency of the Town shall require modifications to the plans and specifications for the Developer Project and such modifications are acceptable to the Developer, such term shall mean the plans and specifications for the Developer Project as so revised. If such modifications are not accepted by the Developer within seven (7) days following a request to modify such plans and specifications, the Developer may elect to terminate this Developer Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.1 hereof, and in such event, the Town Parties shall have no further obligations hereunder.

Developer Project means the design, engineering, constructing, reconstructing, furnishing, and equipping of (i) approximately 142 single family homes, and (ii) related sanitary sewer, stormwater, and water infrastructure and related improvements to the Prairie Lakes Property.
