Limited Service. In cases in which an employee under Section 603(a) is required to perform the usual and customary janitorial duties referred to in Section 401(a),(b),(c),(d),(e),(f),(g) and (h), but only in respect to the common areas of the premises and to perform no services whatsoever inside of any of the apartment units (except in emergencies when necessary to protect common areas and property), the wages otherwise due to an employee hired prior to December 1, 1978 may be adjusted down by not more than an additional seven and one-half percent (7- 1/2%) or a total of fifteen percent (15%). Such services performed by an employee hired on or after December 1, 1978, shall be subject to an additional downward adjustment of ten percent (10%) or a total of twenty percent (20%).
Limited Service. Section 15.01. When (a) an employee with ten (10) or more years of continuous service is unable to perform the regular work of his/her classification because of a disability resulting from a non-occupational illness or injury, or when (b) an employee, with 5 or more years of continuous service, is unable to perform the regular work of his/her classification because of a disability resulting from an accident on the job, the Company may invoke the provisions of this Article by giving written notice to the employee, copy to the Union. Such notice shall state that the employee may bid into any available job he/she can do within the limits of his/her disability and shall have his/her pay protected to the extent set forth in the applicable provision of this Article. It shall also state that the Company will endeavor to place him/her in any available job classification where, in the Company’s opinion, the employee can be productive taking into account his/her previous experience, education and the limits of his/her disability.
Section 15.02. If the disability referred to in Section 15.01 results from a non- occupational illness or injury, the employee’s rate of pay shall be determined as follows:
(a) If the employee has completed twenty (20) years of continuous service, his/her rate of pay will be grandfathered, that is, he/she shall continue to be paid at the same step and pay grade that the employee was receiving at the time he/she was informed in writing of the
(b) If the employee has completed fifteen (15) years of continuous service, his/her rat e of pay will be red-circled at the time of transfer, that is, the employee’s rate of pay shall be frozen and he/she shall not be eligible for future general wage increases until the rate of his/her new classification exceeds his/her red-circle rate.
(c) If the employee has completed less than fifteen (15) years of continuous service, his/her rate of pay will be the rate established for the work he/she is to perform.
Section 15.03. When the disability referred to in Section 15.01 results from an accident on the job which was promptly reported and was not the result of a willful or deliberate act by the employee, the employee’s rate of pay shall be in accordance with Section 15.02 of this Article.
Section 15.04. Employees in limited service status who become subject to a reduction under the terms of Article 9 shall first have their status reviewed under the terms of this Article including classification and seniority....

In the meantime you have access to a qualified adviser for up to an hour a year by telephone or by email. This can be spread over the year and can be used to discuss any part of the financial planning. This and the telephone review will be covered within these servicing fees, any additional amendments will be subject to an extra charge. You do have the option of topping up your fees to the minimum of £500 required for the full service. Limited Service. All UniFi PRO Mortgage “limited service” licenses purchased by the Client during the term of this agreement will be invoiced at * . Provided that Resource Bank, an affiliate of the Client, has converted its total loan origination solution to UniFi PRO Mortgage, then all UniFi PRO Mortgage “limited service” licenses purchased by the Client to complete the conversion or subsequent to the conversion will be invoiced at * . For the purposes of this paragraph, “limited service” is defined as a UniFi PRO Mortgage License that is utilized by a client branch office for taking less then 6 applications per month.
Limited Service. On occasion, due to mechanical failures, illnesses of bus drivers, etc., the buses may not run. Please have a backup plan or carpool group formed to provide alternative transportation. Volunteer parents will notify other parents by email of any problems that may arise as soon as they are able.

Limited Service. Seller and Broker agree that Broker will be acting as an independent contractor and will be representing Seller in the capacity of a limited service representative as defined in Section 54.1-2130 of the Code of Virginia, and will not be acting as a standard agent as defined in Section 54.1-2131. As a limited service representative, Broker's obligations will be as set forth in this Contract. Broker will not provide the following services to Seller: (i) Broker will not conduct marketing activities on behalf of Seller except as set forth in this Contract.
