For each employee contracted for 205 days or more, during the 2019/20 contract year the School District shall pay an annual amount or $2650 and during he 2020/21 contract year the School District shall pay an annual amount as specified within Appendix B, for all legally valid travel, lodging, and meal expenses and fees for attendance at professional conferences and meetings with other educational agencies when attendance thereof is required, directed, or permitted by the superintendent. This amount can also be used towards the annual membership dues for the employee for relevant professional organizations approved by the District and also the annual membership dues for other community organizations as are required, directed or permitted, by the superintendent of schools. In addition, the amount can be used to purchase technology items as permitted by the employees director supervisor. These funds may be carried over from year to year based upon the individual employee’s professional growth plan. If employee desires to carry over funds, this growth plan must be submitted to and approved by the superintendent prior to June 30th of each year.
Other Benefit. You will be eligible to participate in all employee retirement and welfare benefit plans now or hereafter maintained by or on behalf of the Company, including the Company's Executive Retirement Program and receive all fringe benefits and vacations, for which your level of employment makes you eligible in accordance with the Company's policies and the terms of such plans. In addition, the Company will provide you with (i) a supplemental pension benefit and (ii) a supplemental savings benefit, in each case in an amount equal to the value of the benefit you would be entitled to receive under the Company's Retirement Plan or Savings Incentive Plan, as the case may be, but for the limitations on the amount of such benefits imposed by Internal Revenue Code Sections 415 and 401(a)(l7). In connection with your benefits under the Company's Executive Retirement Program, the Company will not unreasonably withhold its consent to your retirement.
Other Benefit. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive will be eligible to participate in all benefit plans available to employees and executives of the Company.

Related to Other Benefit

  • Other Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in or receive benefits under the Company’s employee benefit plans in effect from time to time, subject to the terms of such plans.

  • No Other Benefits Executive understands and acknowledges that the compensation specified in Sections 2 and 3 of this Agreement shall be in lieu of any and all other compensation, benefits and plans.

  • Other Benefit Plans It is understood that the Employer retains any existing rights which he may have, in his exclusive discretion, to alter, amend, cancel, or terminate any existing employee benefit plan or plans or part thereof that are not provided for in this Agreement.

  • Relation to Other Benefits Any economic or other benefit to the Grantee under this Agreement or the Plan shall not be taken into account in determining any benefits to which the Grantee may be entitled under any profit-sharing, retirement or other benefit or compensation plan maintained by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and shall not affect the amount of any life insurance coverage available to any beneficiary under any life insurance plan covering employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Regular Benefits The Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any and all employee benefit plans, medical insurance plans, life insurance plans, disability income plans, retirement plans, bonus incentive plans and other benefit plans from time to time in effect for senior executives of the Employer. Such participation shall be subject to (i) the terms of the applicable plan documents, (ii) generally applicable policies of the Employer and (iii) the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Employer or any administrative or other committee provided for in or contemplated by such plan.
