Development FTE Costs definition

Development FTE Costs means, as applicable with respect to any period, the FTE Rate for the performance of Development activities, multiplied by the actual total number of FTEs (or portion thereof) directly devoted to performing such Development activities in accordance with the Global Development Plan under this Agreement, during such period. The calculation of the number of FTEs for purposes of determining Development FTE Costs will be documented by the Parties in a manner designed to ensure proper reporting and auditing of such information in accordance with this Agreement.
Development FTE Costs means, with respect to any period, the Development FTE Rate multiplied by the number of Development FTEs expended by a Party during such period.
Development FTE Costs means the product of (i) the actual number of FTEs utilized in the Development of a Licensed Product(s) in accordance with the Development Plan and Development Budget after the Effective Date, as documented by the applicable Party using a reliable time tracking system and (ii) the FTE Rate.

  • Genzyme will reimburse Voyager for its Development FTE Costs (for Development FTEs directly engaged to perform such Technology Transfer) and Out-of-Pocket Costs incurred in the course of such Technology Transfers, provided that such Out-of-Pocket Costs are incurred in accordance with the mutually-agreed technology transfer plan and Voyager provides an invoice to Genzyme evidencing such costs.

  • Genzyme shall reimburse Voyager on a quarterly basis for Development FTE Costs, Out-of-Pocket Costs and Cost of Goods incurred by Voyager in the performance of Transition Activities, within [***] after receipt by Genzyme of an invoice for such amounts from Voyager.

More Definitions of Development FTE Costs

Development FTE Costs which means the product of the number of Development FTEs times the FTE Rate, where a “Development FTE” means a scientific, regulatory, technical, legal, finance or other individual engaged full time for one (1) Calendar Year (consisting of at least a total of [**] hours per Calendar Year) in performing or supporting Development (and related Manufacturing) activities under the GDP.
