Development Use definition

Development Use means use of the Software by Client to design, develop and/or test new applications for Production Use.
Development Use means use of the Software by Client to design, develop and/or test new applications for Production Use. “Documentation” means the operating instructions and user manuals provided with the Software and/or available on Supplier’s website.
Development Use means the placement of temporary structures, temporary storage or stock piling of equipment, soil, gravel, vehicles, supplies and materials used in the development of the Projects.

More Definitions of Development Use

Development Use means the use of any Nanoplasmid Product or Enabled Products in clinical activities for the development of therapeutic, prophylactic or diagnostic applications human, microbial, mammalian, veterinary or agricultural application, including direct or indirect uses that are necessary to seek any regulatory approval of a therapeutic, prophylactic or diagnostic application (excluding, for clarity, the filing of an application for regulatory approval or other approvals required for Commercial Use). By way of non-limiting example, Development Use includes clinical studies, efficacy studies, formulation development and optimization, and regulatory affairs and manufacturing activities in support of the foregoing. Development Use expressly excludes Research Use and the Excluded Uses (including without limitation all Commercial Use).
Development Use consists of the Activities set forth in Table 1.2(c) below based on the Red Hat Product lines; and also includes creating software that functions as an extension to or an integration with a Red Hat Product (e.g. OpenShift operator or Ansible integrations). “Production Use” consists of those Activities identified as Production set forth in the Table below and any use other than for Development Use. These defined terms are used in numerous Red Hat Product Use Cases in the attached Exhibits. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Development Use and Production Use both exclude Unauthorized Subscription Services Uses (defined in Section 1.2(g) below.
Development Use means the use of the GMP-Grade Licensed Product or Enabled Products in clinical activities for the development of therapeutic, prophylactic or diagnostic applications for human or veterinary uses that are necessary to seek any regulatory approval of a therapeutic, prophylactic or diagnostic application (excluding, for clarity, the filing of an application for regulatory approval or other approvals required for Commercial Use). By way of non-limiting example, Development Use includes clinical studies, efficacy studies, formulation development and optimization, and regulatory affairs and manufacturing activities in support of the foregoing. Development Use expressly excludes Research Use and the Excluded Uses (including without limitation all Commercial Use).
Development Use is defined in Section 1.5 of this Agreement.
Development Use means one individual or entity working independently (with their own installation of Icinga Software) to develop software (including open-source software), perform prototyping or quality assurance testing and/or for demonstration purposes.
